In my retail marketing course, we competed in a semester long case study by Schnucks, who wanted to get our insights on their new grocery franchise, EatWell. My group won this competition because of our well thought out ideas and design mock ups, bringing to life new marketing strategies for the brand. We focused on strategic partnerships with different organizations from the community and university, as well as events and in-store integration of the EatWell brand in current Schnucks stores.
